Hello! I have no idea why there are so many random posts on my page, I'm not even sure how to put a stop to it. Anyway, I have a refreshed website and you might like to have a look: www.jewellery-scotland.com your feedback is welcome! In the meantime here is a pair of earrings I made using a customer's fire opals. Yummy!
I will be at the Burgh Hall, Peebles for the Christmas Craft Fair tomorrow (Sat 3rd December!) So I thought you might like to see some of the new pieces I will be taking with me.
One is the amazing natural double sided boulder opal, that has a tree with a bird sitting on a branch and on the back has a tree with more birds! Plus one that I have added, to make it more fun I have put it on a swivel so can be worn either way round.
A pendant with amethyst, rainbow moonstone and yellow diamonds in my usual style of natural forms and beautiful stones.
Finally, a ring set with a stunning ruby, a tanzanite and an amethyst. Just the thing to make someone's Christmas!!
There are lots more designs to choose from and worskhop visits can be arranged at a time to suit you.
People often ask if I am still busy at the bench and I often answer "silly busy!" Here is the reason why. In addition to your lovely commissions I also do most of the metal work and new designs for Ash Glass Design who encapsulate cremation ashes in different colours of glass. This tray of jewellery, waiting for final checking, is just one week's production! It's good to be busy!
